Download Remapped CDF

CDFs generated for all Affymetrix chips are available in Affymetrix Chip Definition (CDF) file format or in Bioconductor R package format for download. We provided two collections of remapped CDFs: Transcript-consistent and gene-consistent. The minimal number of probes in one probe set is set to 5. We recommended the use of transcript-consistent set. In case you are interested in obtaining redefined CDFs with different paramenters, please either use our Web Server or Download Software to run locally.
