Instructions for using the downloaded package
In the package, besides the README file, there are four directories under:
- proberedefine: scripts for remapping and regrouping probes
- targetsequence: our validated complete coding sequences and RefSeq releases
- resource: files necessary for redefining probe sets
- testdata: sample data
README provides a sample run for a linux or unix machine. The Remapped CDF User Guide provides complete details for using the remapped CDFs.
